We had a great time staying at this hotel as business travellers. The location was perfect, as it was near everything we planned to visit and right next to the Cevahir mall. The rooms were small but had a cute design, and the beds were the most comfortable we've experienced in a hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the owner who went out of her way to assist us. The breakfast buffet provided high-quality options, and we loved the bio products they offered.
One negative aspect was that some of the staff were more focused on selling products rather than providing excellent service.

The owner was helpful with internet. Room interior good, but lights were not effective. Internet okay. Kitchen staff sweet. Receptionist found another room for friend. Location good for vacation plans. Beds comfortable.
